For who knew how long I slipped in and out of consciousness. It would be nice to have said that I dreamed wonderful things, and it was relaxing, but that would be a lie. I would hardly dream, sometimes when I would wake up for a few seconds with a bad feeling. I had to of been having nightmares that I couldn't remember, but my emotions held onto them for a little while. When my eyes were open sometimes I would see a blurry image of Thor or Loki, never a different individual.

Finally I was able to come around for a little while, but not to the most pleasant sound. Shouting came from outside of Loki's chambers, which was where I remained. I lie on his bed for the past few hours, with an IV stuck into me. I wasn't sure where they got one, but it must have been making me better.

"No Loki, no!" Thor shouted.

I kept my eyes closed since I felt light headed and only listened to them. I imagined them with their faces red, hands in fists, and about ready to fight.

"No Thor, no!" Loki mocked Thor.

"Stop!" Thor cried.

"I must do this!"

"What are they complaining about?" I thought to myself.

"No, it is impossible." Thor retorted.

"I must find a way!"

There was a pause from Thor, he might have given Loki a a rude face, or shook his head.

"I am sure the reason why she attempted that because she believes I am some beast! Her disgusting mortal news tells lies of me! Now she thinks I am some monster!"

"Lo-"

"Listen!" Loki had cut off Thor. "I know her, she is not able to stand the sight of something so cruel and evil. And when her mind is made up, there is no changing it. She is a very stubborn human, yet that is another reason why I love her." My eyes blinked open from hearing that word emerge from Loki's mouth. "I must find a way to get her back to Earth."

The walls in the room around me were a light blue. I didn't remember them being that color the first time I had come to his chambers. Then again, my attention wasn't exactly on the color of the wall. I felt a few scratched in my throat, ready to cough but I tried to hold it in.

"I can't let you do that, you will start another war." Thor's words were a little softer.

"But I must!" Loki cried out. The walls seemed to have gotten closer, but my mind had to of been playing tricks on me. Right?

"The war will waste so many lives. And you can't tell me the other realms won't jump on this opportunity while we are vulnerable to attack. We will all be dead. So if I must..."

What in the hell was Thor implying? That he was going to kill us?

"Besides, no one else knows of her, let alone knows that she is here on Asgard!"

"What if it was Jane?!" That was Loki's low blow that he didn't want to use against Thor.

For some reason, between the walls making me nervous, and the reality of the conversation, I finally coughed to relieve something.

Their conversation had come to a full stop.

I heard two pairs of heavy footsteps approach the door of the chamber. "I can't go in there." I heard Loki whisper. "I don't want her to feel tortured at the sight of me."

What a lie that was, I could stare at him all day.

"Brother, you are the one that put yourself into this situation. You brought her here, now you must deal with the consequences." Thor whispered as one pair of footsteps left the other side of the door.

My eyes fluttered closed, as the door to the chambers opened. "Loki." I whispered, my voice put me in pain.

His footsteps froze at the weak sound of his name, then they slowly started again. "I'm sorry if we woke you." He whispered daintily.

"No." I whispered the slick lie. "What is going on?" I asked as I opened my eyes.

Loki's eyes dashed to the floor to see that I had opened my eyes. "Nothing." He said quickly.

Some 'God of Mischief', he could hardly tell a little lie. There was no silver tongue to be found behind those soft lips. I raised an eyebrow, he knew that he was caught. And that I wanted to hear more, he had known me for too long to think otherwise.

Ignoring me, he pulled my right arm from under the blanket. My heart skipped a beat when I thought about how I was naked under the covers. I glanced down to see if the sheet covered me to find that I was wearing a beautiful nightgown. "Who dressed me?" I whispered in shock. Loki's cheeks turned red.

I guess that was a good enough answer.

Loki got down on his knees to be at my eye level. "I swear to you, I will find a way to get you back down to Earth." He whispered then glanced at the slightly cracked door, as to make sure Thor wasn't there. "I don't care if it literally kills me, I will find a way."

I painfully raised my right hand a few inches and put it on the side of his face. "Don't start a war from some plain girl." I told him.

A little grin came across his face, he knew I had lied and heard part of their conversation. "Is this another lie?" He asked looking into my eyes that time.

For some reason him looking at me with his perfect green eyes was his breaking point. "I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed. "I don't know what I was thinking..." Actually I did know, but he didn't have to know. "I know I put you through so much pain, I never meant that." His hand raised up to cup my hand that was still on his face. "And I don't want a war started over me. Besides, it won't be so bad to stay here..."

I stopped speaking as I mentally kicked myself. Even though I knew Loki would do anything for me, and I am his everything... It was still embarrassing to admit that to him.

His eyes met mine. "I thought you hated me."

"I had."

He licked his lips confused, and not sure of what to say. "So what you did."

"Even I don't understand." I whispered.

"It doesn't make sense." He whispered to himself. "You never had these tendencies before..." His voice trailed off, then he looked back to me. "Wow, I must sound like a horrifying stalker."

"It kinda does." I admitted to him. "But we both must get used to this, since I will be here for awhile."

"Unless you don't want to stay." Loki started then murmured different plans into my ear of how to sneak me out of Asgard and back to Earth. My mind didn't listen to him as I just watched his features. His black hair was in a bit of a mess, but looked sexy none the less. His porcelain skin screamed perfection, as my hand remained on his face as he spoke of all of his wild ideas. The green eyes, that would steal any girl's breath at a simple command and glance. I know I was taken aback by them. Lastly his ever so soft and gentle lips. I had kissed them before. Oh how I wish to be on them again.

"Loki." I whispered his name.

He stopped speaking with his mouth partially open. "Yes?" He asked as he held onto my hand.

"Kiss me."

Loki didn't move a muscle at first. "Wh- what?"

A little smile formed on my face. How could they get this sweet and sometimes shy guy confused with a God of Mischief? Although, they did get they idea of a God down, with those inhuman features. I simply answered him.

"You heard me."

Loki drew in a slow breath unsure of what to do. I could still see it in his face that he believed he was completely at fault for my actions just a few hours ago. It was me being stubborn that caused the majority of it.

He scouted a few inches forward, still on his knees just inches away from my face. He didn't want to cause me anymore emotional pain. But what I asked for was what I wanted, and he knew that I like to get what I want. Loki gave me a gentle kiss on the cheek. I exhaled with delight.

I turned my head towards him and our noses brushed against one another. I leaned my head forward a little and retrieved the kiss that the both of us longed for. My weak arms lifted up and were on both sides of his head. His right arm moved to the other side of my head and he put some weight on his elbow so he wouldn't put any pressure on me in my fragile state.

Our lips parted, and it seemed like we finally kissed for the first time. Passion was coming from both ends. I moved my hand down to the back of his neck, as he stayed in the same spot, afraid to hurt me. The kisses grew slightly deeper as one of our hands met and our fingers intertwined. His lips moved to the side of my neck and started giving me sweet and gentle kisses. The nerves in my neck jumped up and down with delight.

With both of us there, I had realized something. Thor was jealous of Loki. His Earth woman still resided on Misgaurd, light-years away from the fingertips of Thor.

"I think we should start over." I randomly whispered aloud.

"Alright." Loki said as he moved back to my cheek and kissed me again.

"No." I giggled. "I meant, start over. Like none of this ever happened."
